friction disc kit said to fit 2003-up (except Transporter 2006-up) - 21 discs

There might be discs of different thicknesses and/or diameters and/or number of teeth for C1, C2, C3 and B2 for 09G (TF60SN), 09K (TF61SN) and 09M (TF62SN) available. It is possible that the transmission manufacturer used different clutch packages in otherwise identical transmissions. This might not be realized until the transmission was opened for repair/overhaul.

This friction kit contains:

4 friction discs - B1 (2nd&6th) - thickness .066" / 1.67 mm - 40 inner teeth - outer diameter 7.245" / 184 mm - our ref. B-FRD-TF60-B1-1,67
6 friction discs - B2 (reverse) - thickness .067" / 1,70 mm - 56 inner teeth - outer diameter 6.716" / 170,6 mm - our ref. B-FRD-TF60-B2-1,70
5 friction discs - C1 (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th) - thickness .066" / 1.67 mm - 56 inner teeth - outer diameter 5.790" / 147 mm - our ref. B-FRD-TF60-C1-1,67
4 friction discs - C2 (4th, 5th) - thickness .067" / 1.70 mm - 55 inner teeth - outer diameter 5.725" / 145,4 mm - our ref. B-FRD-TF60-C2-1,70
3 friction discs - C3 (reverse, 3rd, 5th) - thickness .066" / 1.67 mm - 56 inner teeth - outer diameter 6.180" / 157 mm - our ref. B-FRD-TF60-C3-1,67

all these friction discs are of high energy material, sunburst grooved.
